Movie Review #1 - Shutter Island
Hey Internet,
Yesterday, after school, I went out to see a movie. I saw Shutter Island.
Now, I will try not to spoil anything for this movie.
Shutter Island really got me to the edge of my seat. Every moment, I was with it, I was listening. Now listening is very important to being able to enjoy this movie. It has a lot to do with the story that makes this movie so good. It's not like other action movies that consist of shooting and chase scenes.
Shutter Island does have some action in it, however, it is not another James Bond film. It is because of how the story is written that got me into the movie, not the action.
I apologize for the extremely short review, however, considering that I don't want to spoil anything, here you go. Watch the movie and don't miss out on it.
Thanks for reading,

Once you fully understand the plot of any story, the connection goes deeper and you feel like you can change the film completely. That's what I think.
ReplyDeleteI watched Avatar two weeks ago in 3D, and I just took events as they came. I didn't know the names of the characters, and I assure you my experience was not as deep as your's.
Hmm, Leonardo DiCaprio? Sounds like a great movie, I better go see it.
Yes, I agree. Avatar was quite action packed and I remember the scenes, however, I forgot who the characters were.
ReplyDeleteWith Shutter Island, I still remember the characters. Oh and thanks for actually commenting on my blog.
