Drive-through ATM's

Hello Internet,

On my way home from some lessons on Wednesday, I looked out the window and saw a bank. Now, this bank was a normal bank, with the one exception of the fact that it had a drive through.

Maybe I am just a bit slow when it comes down to technology (I still have a Gamecube, I'm not going any farther in the Apple products, and I still watch t.v. from a small screen). Maybe life is becoming to simple. Maybe it's a way to make it easier for people to find out your bank pin. I don't know, you tell me. Post a comment on why you think they are making drive through ATM's now.

My opinion is that people have become lazy to the point in which walking is too difficult, even if it only about 50 meters away from your car. People have to have things done right where they are sitting.

Also, technology has gotten advanced to the point in which people invent these pointless, wasteful machines simply because they can and they can make a profit from it.

Well, that's just my opinion, so, again, post you comment below.

Thanks for reading,

  1. Personally, I think that inventions that make life easier should only be used when the job is too tedious or dangerous to be done without. However, if that device is electronic, what its basically doing is doing the job itself, while you sit back and wath television.

Things that make life easier but still require your own energy are fine by me. Such things like wheelbarrows, wells, and manual corkscrews just make the work easier, but you still need to use energy to operate them.
